MANAGERS STATEMENT: I hereby agree that the I will manage
my team in accordance by the high standards of sportsmanship
set and require that ALL players recognize my authority for
controlling the team on & off the field & surrounding areas
at all times. Further, I understand that any player that
has NOT signed the OFFICIAL B.R.M.S.A. PLAYER WAIVER FORM
will not be eligible to play and your team subject to forfiet and subject to immediate removal from the tournament.
MANAGERS, PLAYERS & SPECTATORS: PROFANITY, THREATS, STALKING, HARRASMENT, BODILY HARM & INTENTIONAL INJURY IN ANY FORM TO INDIVIDUALS (THIS INCLUDES PLAYERS, FANS,UMPIRES, FANS & BOARD MEMBERS) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED INANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM, ON OR OFF THE FIELD (THIS INCLUDES ANY INTERNET AND PHONE COMMUNICATION)AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES IMMEDIATELY!
